Konkeys

I made this cushion cover on the weekend from some fabric I purchased from pyglet whispers that I am in love with. It has Konkys, Weows, Pippos and Raaaas on it. The little guy loves the animal print and the other side is some fabric I opped a little while ago. It is the first time I have sewn anything besides a bag in a long time, and it was nice to make something so easy with no tricky corners or annoying materials. The insert is 100% down and so comfy, it was made for a very expensive couch and given to me by a friend who worked in the warehouse of a well known furniture store, who came across a lot of 'spare' furniture stuff.

Oh my!!!
That is SO fantastic!!....Makes me so happy!
I love my stash and get a bit sad when I decide to list some of it but this fabric would've been so wasted in my craft dungeon. Really...you have bought it to life in such a SPECTACULAR way!!

Thanks so much for letting me know about the link - made my day!

The cushion looks fantastic, great fabric.

I love the drawing on your header. Is it one of yours?

yep, it's one of mine. I doodled it while I was on the phone to my sister, then fixed it up a bit on photoshop. I get bored with my headers so quickly, even though I don't really even look at them often.

LOVE love love it. Those animals look like they're straight from my very early childhood.
